[asterisk-dev] Transfer call to extension while that call is in a queue

Hello,
i need select the destination for a queued call. 
The scenario is:
 - A calls to 7777
 - the dial plan for 7777 is: exten => 7777,4,Queue(queue1|tT|||1200) 
 - the call remains in the queue.
(I need select from outside the rute for that call. I need, for example, that the calls pass to SIP/1004)

Is possible do this through Manager Api?
