I did a merge, and I get:

gcc -pipe -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-
declarations -g3  -Iinclude -I../include -D_REENTRANT -D_GNU_SOURCE  -O6
-march=i686 -DZAPTEL_OPTIMIZATIONS         -fomit-frame-pointer  -
DT38_SUPPORT -DWITH_SMDI -Wno-missing-prototypes -Wno-missing-
DCHAN_MISDN_VERSION=\"0.3.0\" -c chan_misdn_config.c -o
chan_misdn_config.c:34:31: chan_misdn_config.h: No such file or
chan_misdn_config.c:78: error: `BUFFERSIZE' undeclared here (not in a
chan_misdn_config.c:79: error: field `elem' has incomplete type
chan_misdn_config.c:86: error: `MISDN_CFG_GROUPNAME' undeclared here
(not in a function)
chan_misdn_config.c:86: confused by earlier errors, bailing out
make[1]: *** [chan_misdn_config.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/murf/murf/AEL2/channels'
make: *** [subdirs] Error 1

It looks like the makefile was changed to have a -Imisdn, but for some
reason, on my config, it isn't doing it...!
