[asterisk-dev] slinfactory not used anywhere ?

It used to be used by chanspy, but when the spy core was rewritten it
was no longer the right solution.

It still has some use, although it needs to be conceptually merged with
the 'smoother' objects available in frame.c, since they perform similar
functions.
