[asterisk-dev] Caller ID patches

Hello all,

The Caller ID patches have been updated to work with X100P and TDM400P
cards.  There is also a new patch to treat ZT_EVENT_RINGBEGIN (18) the same
as ZT_EVENT_RINGOFFHOOK (2).  This is because the existing code does not
handle the RINGBEGIN events properly, thus breaking distinctive ring.

Bug report #6296 has been raised, but no update as yet.
