[asterisk-dev] struct tone_zone and tone_zone_sound redefined in indications.h ?

include/asterisk/indications.h defines these two structs

	struct tone_zone_sound
	struct tone_zone

in a way that is conflicting with the ones defined in tonezone.h
(part of zaptel). This is obviously obfuscating the code.

Any objection to a rename of the structs in indications.h to
something else (adding a prefix or something) ?
Fortunately there are relatively few users of these structs

	apps/app_disa.c
	apps/app_read.c
	channels/chan_misdn.c
	main/app.c
	main/channel.c
	main/indications.c
	res/res_indications.c

so the change is not large.
