[asterisk-dev] setting the call forward number?

hi

according to the asterisk docs, setting the call forward number  
should be done by setting CALLERID(rdnis)=something, but Q.931 says  
this is a network-to-user extension (table 3.2.9, note 18).

is there another way to set this so the right call forward number  
will be shown? we need this both in call forward and in initial setup  
(as compared to twin-sim-setups on GSM)
