testing is part of development process,
as I read, asterisk 1.4 going to be released soon, but nobody can test 
this new feature because lack of even basic documentation for SLA,
I think better is to ask here and let users community to start testing 
and help resolve possible issues before 1.4 will be final.
this is not user question, this is way that we can help you to improve 
asterisk.
