[asterisk-dev] HANGUP_LOCALUSERS undeclared (asterisk-addons)

I, too, wait patiently for an explanation and/or pointer on this issue. I've
been encountering it off and on, which is annoying because one build it
won't be an issue, then another it will.....grr......
