[asterisk-dev] How to get Caller id from Asterisk when make a call?

hi, there
    i'm developing a sip client. i want to log the username of my
call, including incoming call and outgoing call. i got username from
asterisk at incoming call, but i can't find username in outgoing call?
    can anybody help me?
