[asterisk-dev] Call waiting and caller ID

Ok.. I just purchased a TDM400 with one FXO port.  When call waiting goes
off I can hear the pips... but it won't flash over to the call... I've got
callwaiting=yes in my zapata.conf.  What am I missing??? Also I don't get
any callerid with the call waiting even though I've got
calleridcallwaiting=yes in my zapata.conf as well... 
 
Please help!
