Erv -
   What you might be looking for is something that implements the SMDR 
standard for PABX call accounting records.  This has been discussed 
previously on the -users list, but I have not seen the code submitted 
to the SVN tree in any form.  This SMDR format is used widely with 
hotel/motel PABX billing systems, and is typically delivered over 
serial port connections to an external accounting system.

   It does not seem particularly difficult to write such a module for 
Asterisk that will export SMDR logs, since the CDR tools within 
Asterisk are fairly modular.  Perhaps it has already been done by 
some private parties who have not released the code to the Asterisk 
community.  Perhaps, as mentioned, you could do it or pay someone to 
do it and release the code.
