[asterisk-dev] rtc vs ztdummy x86_64 (2.6.17.1)

hi,

no real device in a dell pe2850 x86_64 (amd64) linux box, so need to 
load ztdummy, but after modprobe, got the following error message:

Kernel error message: (repeating approx 1000* in a second...)

                rtc: lost some interrupts at 1024Hz.

# uname -r
2.6.17.1

# cat /proc/sys/dev/rtc/max-user-freq
64

# grep -i "rtc" /boot/config-2.6.17.1
