[asterisk-dev] SIP Channel Lock Failure

Under what circumstances might I get this error:

And how might I prevent it from occuring.  This is in Rev 38078,  
which is working better than current trunk for some things I am doing.

Anyway, this error is having the effect of blocking the asterisk box  
and some of tis threads, so I'd like it not to be happening.
