I've just posted my first bounty to the wiki:

It should be pretty simple for someone who knows chan_sip fairly well,
but for me it would probably take a number of days at least, and I can't
afford to wait, hence the bounty.

Basically, just log failed registration attempts, unregister events (due
to high qualify time) and jitter/packet loss to mysql tables. See the
above wiki page for more details, and contact information.
