[asterisk-dev] Asterisk Romanian support

Hello,

I'm new to this list. I've created a set of patches for Romanian  
language support (voicemail and saynumber/date for now) which I would  
like to commit to the main trunk (it'll be easier for RO users to  
update to next versions of Asterisk). How this can be done? If I  
don't have commit access to the repository, is there a possibility to  
submit a patch to one of the registered developers?
