[asterisk-dev] readline support in asterisk

Hi

While I realize that readline support is not getting into asterisk any
time soon [*], I wrote one anyway:

Unlike that current editline support it uses readline's main loop and
readline's functionality for most things. Hence it is much simpler. 
It may be slightly lacking in performance.

Not much tested yet. But it's functional. Enjoy
