[asterisk-dev] genzaptelconf in redhats

I have just commited a number of fixes for our driver. Also updated are
some fixes to genzaptelconf, which make it functional on some other
distributions.

Currently the fixes are only in trunk, but will probably also be copied
to 1.2 as well soon.

Please let me know of any problems you enconter.
