[asterisk-dev] Feature Request: Change Devicestate of Local Channels

Because i think it would be bad to logoff the extension from the 10 or 
more queues everytime
an agent leaves his/her desk and add it when he/she returns.

The frequenzy of logging in and logging out is very high cause the 
loggoff occurs when people leave
their desk (or windows gets locked).
