[asterisk-dev] Minor change to zconfig.h regarding AGGRESSIVE_SUPPRESSOR

>From what I can see from scanning the code, the #define
AGGRESSIVE_SUPPRESSOR option in zconfig.h affects more than just the
MARK2 echo canceler.

It also appears to have meaning in ECHO_CAN_KB1 & ECHO_CAN_MG2.

Therefore line 59-60 of zconfig.h should read:

 * Uncomment for aggressive residual echo supression under
 * MARK2, KB1, and MG2 echo canceller

(side note: suppression and canceler are spelled incorrect)

Didn't seem worth a full bug report.
