Is anyone currently interested or doing some work about that?

 

I have been investigating a bit and find that the capture files that are in the wiky are correctly parser by ethereal (just send it over tcp, capture and decode as h223, it will decode perfectly).  

Perhaps the h223 parser and de gollay decoder of ethereal is a good point of start..
