Several things.

1) This should be put on the bug tracker (bugs.digium.com), so it can be
tracked.
2) You need to have a disclaimer on file, for this to be accepted.
3) This may only be put into svn trunk (Russell, please correct me if I'm
wrong), so a patch against that would be good.
