[asterisk-dev] Empty recordings with length of 4 seconds

The trigger of the problem seems to be that no audio-data-"connection" could 
be established, i.e. no data was received. The patch does not solve this, but 
it tries to handle this condition properly by not indicating the 
"no-audio-time" as "recording-time".
