[asterisk-dev] [patch] Read Extension Number and Recorded Name in app_directory

I wrote a patch to app_directory.c that gives an option "e" to the 
Directory() application. When 'e' is passed as an option to Directory(), 
the application will read the recorded name followed by "extension" and 
the extension number that matched the Directory lookup.

Should I open a bug report for this to add as a feature or keep it on 
the mailing list for now?
