also, has anybody given thought to * toggling PauseQueueMember if agent 
puts a queue call on hold, i liked matt's single digit Pause/UnPause 
option, but maybe it should be done automagically (perhaps with a keyword 
"pauseonhold=yes" in agents.conf)
