try searching thru that and find me a statement that says 'busy lamp(s) 
are supported on stations'.  i can only find the word 'busy lamp' listed 
once in that document.  again, i think you will find that busy lamp 
support is similar to the 'flash operator panel' (or only supported on 
DSS's)
