Subtle details is what lawyers like to nitpick.

WRONG -  Defining the SoftKeyTemplates is a a very specific SCCP 
operation.   Just because chan_sccp did it first does not mean they 
'own' it nor does it mean that North needed to look at chan_sccp to 
figure out the very standard C code to pull off the same exact operation.

So then I let it go and North's work won't be able to be put in to 
Asterisk?   I don't think so.
