[asterisk-dev] Subversion mirrors of Asterisk, Zaptel and libpri rebuilt

I rechecked out the 1.2 branch to get the versions in synch but I still 
get this:

svn: Checksum mismatch for 'zaptel/arith.h'; expected: 
'41feb49d2ce17ce352564aa637e24eed', actual: 
'8d511760b541cfaf25cc430aa9193280'
svn: Checksum mismatch for 'libpri/q931.c'; expected: 
'4e51902d474497516992bb28c1667aa0', actual: 
'35020e82348da726d13047f10dda887e'
