[Asterisk-Dev] Want to add a VM delete event - wherein app_voicemail.c?

I thought that vmnotify was triggered when a voicemail was left.  I need
an event when a voicemail is deleted.

Why not directly use the vmnotify= configuration in voicemail.conf ?
