[Asterisk-Dev] The CallerIDPres not working?

I'm using a Sep 19th CVS-HEAD,  and I see no option for sendrpid. However, I
do have trustrpid set to yes, but even tried it with no. 

Basically, screened or not screened, it doesn't matter. It just is not
passing a restricted code.
