[Asterisk-Dev] TDMoE and tap device

I have tested TDMoE, 2.4.27 kernels up to 2.4.3X and kernel versions 
2.6.8 up to 2.6.13 with bad results. Kernel panic in ztd-eth, CPU load 
peaks. Tested on intel P4, P3 (various motherboards) and tested with 
quad E1 and TDM400P.
on support at digium.com tells, that i can bought their support to solve this.
