The OP clearly stated the provider only allows one registration but he 
has multiple target numbers. Providing a contact on the register will 
make no difference at all, except the incoming calls will to go to 'xyz' 
instead of 's'. It will not cause the calls to land in different 
extensions in the context, since there is only one registration.
