Unfortunately, no such tutorial exists.  The only documentation we
currently have is the source code to the existing drivers.  Not only
that, but the Zaptel drivers are specifically programmed to interact
with Zaptel hardware -- so to fully understand the code, you'd probably
need to know a lot of specifics about the individual hardware cards.
