[Asterisk-Dev] New Bug Marshal

Okay, I've got this one.
When you park (ParkAndAnnounce cmd) a call, and then the caller hangs up
(impatient bastards) before you retrieve the call, the call never goes
through the h extension. It actually doesn't go through the h extension like
a normal call when it hangs up even if you do pick it up while they are
still waiting because the channel is then associated with the new thread. A
lot of dialplans are hinged on some cleanup especially with people using
databases and such.
Now, if you can pick it up before the person gets tired of waiting (which
is, of course, optimal) you can do whatever cleanup you need to from that
pickup thread as a jury-rig of sorts. But there's no way for Asterisk-Users
to clean this up when it gets hung up without being picked up minus some
obsurd jury-rigs (ideas include having a manager listening for the impatient
parked event or saving the channel name into a db and having a source
checking the channels listed there for hangups).
This should be easy to test and confirm.
