From doc/README.variables, which will be in your Asterisk source tarball or 
CVS pull:
${CALLERANI}            * Caller ANI (PRI channels)
${CALLINGANI2}          * Caller ANI2 (PRI channels)
${ANI2}                 * The ANI2 Code provided by the network on the 
incoming call.
