I don't think you can do that right now, because we don't even fold
multi-line headers back into single lines at this point (yet another
thing that our SIP parser doesn't do right yet).

In any case, the portions of chan_sip that deal with nonces are pretty
easy to find with searches, since that's such a unique word :-)
