[Asterisk-Dev] moh_* from manager

hi,
I am trying to implement a manager routine that would artificially
put a bridged SIP channel onhold or not. I saw that chan_sip.c handles
the SDP option and uses ast_moh_stop/start().

I would like to use these on a defined bridged sip channel.
I see that res_musiconhold.c routines aren't reachable from the
manager.c as the Makefle currently is.

Has anyone some advice on this? I would like to do this cleanly
without copying functions.
