[Asterisk-Dev] Asterisk developer's meeting at Astricon

However, it might change as we move along. Jeremy McNamara is setting up
audio broadcasting of the general sessions of the developer's meeting
and we'll also use the asterisk-dev channel in irc.

The developer's meeting will be chaired by myself and Kevin P. Fleming.
