If this question actually belonged here, it would mean you need to write
an mgcp CPE or equivalent channel driver. The current mgcp does the NET
side of the mgcp protocol and therefore can't be connected to itself.

Now most likely you needed to ask this question on the -user list and
you could have been just told that you can't connect two asterisk boxes
with mgcp and you probably shouldn't try as it isn't the proper protocol
for doing so. Use IAX, SIP, or even H323.
