[Asterisk-Dev] spandsp-0.0.3pre2 t38bits

[Steve Underwood]

t38-bits has some new files for * (udptl.c, tpkt.c, etc. ) and some 
patches for exists files, which have the suffix patch. You need to copy 
t38-bits into the latest CVS HEAD of *, and use the patch files. If it 
seems messy, remember this is a work in progress.
