I guess I now understand,
Every response has a common point that PRIs by themselves are never a
source of echo(this isnt about t1 lines to channel banks). But the
other end of telco might go into echo sources such as hybrids or If
there is voip involed then poorly designed phones might themselves be
source of echo.
What ever the situation may be, it always makes sense to have echo
cancelers and use them where appropriate.
