What's the workload on that machine?

The message says that the network thread in iax2 only "got around" to its 
queue of "little things to be done" when there were already 2502, 3131, 
3074 tasks in the queue which were already overdue.

That suggests something being called in the network thread was taking a 
long time.  Maybe a DNS lookup or something?
