[Asterisk-Dev] IAX debugging levels

Currently, asterisk will output a lot of call-related data per packet
in an IAX2 call at debugging level 1.

In http://bugs2.digium.com/view.php?id=4119 I am proposing to move that 
to a higher debugging level in order to have level 1 to debug calls, and 
higher levels for debugging packet per packet.

Any comments to the bug tracker, please. For those of you working with 
IAX2 development (jitterbuffer etc) it's important to be aware of this 
change.
