[Asterisk-Dev] Openloop disconnect?

  "kewlstart" is just a coined name for loop signaling with disconnect 
supervision. Disconnect supervision is also called "calling party 
control", "forward disconnect", "open loop disconnect", "open switch 
interval", "adjunct control", and perhaps other names.
