Add:

exten => [WHATEVER],1,Dial(IAX2/guest at switch-3.asterlink.com/996)

Then, reload your extensions, and then dial the extension you assigned
to call into the conference.

Once in, you'll need to 'unmute'  youself if you want to talk: *1
