Hi all,

I'm pretty new in the Asterisk scene. But I've been searching a lot in
the last days.
I'm starting a project to develop a CTI interface for Asterisk.
By my research i say: Don’t count on the telephony standards for help:
unfortunately, despite multiple attempts (such as TAPI, jTAPI, TSAPI),
there is no universal standard API for low-level telephony
functionality.
But there are a lot of legacy applications(Windows and Linux) out there
that could be integrated if we add JTAPI and TAPI driver for Asterisk.
My goal is to make them. At least one of them.
Another doubt.. CCXML worth it?
I made one small diagram, i wanna know if I'm seeing the things right,
to start working.
