uh, what's there DOES apply just fine.  I just did it today with -HEAD.  Now 
you get a Makefile reject but it's fine (ignore the error).

I'd also suggest setting  "maxjitterbuffer=500" in iax.conf since I think a 
full-out second delay is FAR too long for a jitter buffer, and the conditions 
that require it are few and far between.
