So what you REALLY want is an easy way to set up Asterisk behind NAT 
that's on a dynamic IP address?  Not just setting up Asterisk behind 
NAT.  If the IP address of the NAT connection is static then you just 
use externip= and localnet= and forward the correct ports on the NAT 
router.  Many, many people run Asterisk behind NAT w/static IP address.
