[Asterisk-Dev] Manager XML /proxy

This is exactly the reason I insisted the manager be a loadable module 
too.  Then we can let the "user" decide what they wanna do instead of 
having this manager we have inflicted on them.  Honestly I really hate 
the manager interface and it only takes a few lines to make it loadable 
really.
