[Asterisk-Dev] Developing an Application in Asterisk

Hello Everybody,

                         Can any one guide me in developing an application
in Asterisk? Just as Dial ( ) is a registered application. So that I can
develop modules of my own.If anybody has done it, kindly please let me know.
