[Asterisk-Dev] outbound RFC2833 broken - use inband instead?

Sorry, my question was worded wrongly. And yes I've been all over the
documentation and the source code for a few months now!

My question should have stated:

"Given that peer 20 is registered as dtmfmode=rfc2833, how can I switch
it to dtmfmode=inband just prior to transferring a call to it, but,
leaving it at RFC2833 for any outgoing calls it makes?"
